       Guidelines

    ¨  All classes start exactly at 8:00 a.m... Late attendees will not be accepted into class and will forfeit their deposit

    ¨  Any absence during the class will have to be re-scheduled through the educational coordinator

    ¨  Late payments will result in automatic cancellation

    ¨  Many of the classes have written tests or hands-on test that must be passed in order to receive certification, if a attendee fails the test they will have to re-take the class and will be charged accordingly

    ¨  In the event that a class does not reach the minimum required attendance, the class will be canceled and re-scheduled

    ¨  Contractors will be asked to submit payment for all attendees 3 -5 days prior to the class

    ¨  Any disputes arising from class attendance or from payment will be handled by the JATC committee

    ¨  A service charge of $200.00 will be withheld for absenteeism of greater than 2 people
